Everybody talks about service, but we actually deliver. Experienced, personal, patient in-store service, as well as special orders and consultations, shipping of orders, and personal deliveries. If you have a question or problem, you can speak to the owner or manager, and we will do everything we can to resolve problems and fulfill special request.

Selection
We only carry shoes for running and walking, so our selection is wide and deep. We specialize in hard to fit feet-short, long, narrow, and wide. We carry wide and narrow widths, and up to women's size 13 and men's size 16. If we don't have it, we'll try and get it for you, or tell you where you can get it.
Expert Advice And Fitting
Talk to runners experienced in fitting shoes for running and walking, as well as spikes for track and cross country. Over 90% or our first-time customers have been wearing shoes too small. Sore toes, black toenails, numbness, blisters-those things should not happen in a properly fitted shoe. We will measure your feet, and recommend the proper size and type of shoe for your needs. We will also advise you on your clothing needs, answer your training questions, and provide referrals to doctors if necessary.
Race Support and Sponsorship
At Total Runner, we believe in giving back to support the sport. We support local running clubs and races, we sponsor seven races and the Great Lakes Relay, we help at many other running events, and we offer clinics and training classes.

Feel free to compare our prices with our competitors-prices will be similar, but when you get the right thing the first time, you'll come out ahead. We also offer a 10% to members of running clubs and health clubs, as well as to our middle and high school athletes.
